Hygrophila 'Siamensis' potted

4.90

'Siamensis' comes from Thailand and has stems from 15-40 cm long and 10-15 cm wide. The leaves are light green and dense.

Plant several stems in a group in the background of the aquarium, cut off the top shoots when they reach the water surface and replant them. They will soon form new roots and continue to grow. In open aquariums Hygrophila corymbosa 'Siamensis' easily grows above the water surface, where it forms bluish-green leaves and small blue flowers. It grows quickly and the shoots should be stretched regularly if you want to keep the plant under water. An extremely hardy plant, suitable for beginners.
