It doesn't have a lot of requirements and it's very beautiful. A nutritious substrate helps its growth but it needs pruning to prevent it from shading other plants and stealing light from them. It does well even in low light aquariums. It is a hardy and easy plant for beginners and more experienced growers with large aquariums.
