Return and Exchange Policy

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product you purchased from us, you can return it within 14 days from the original purchase. The exchange can be made for a similar product of equal value or you can receive a credit equal to the original product value for a future purchase.

Returns

In case you decide to return a product, we offer a full refund of its value. The return should be made within 30 days from the original purchase, and the product must be in excellent condition, unused, and with the original packaging.

Note

For the exchange or return of a product, you will need to provide the purchase receipt or proof of payment.

Our policy for returns and exchanges is only applicable to products purchased from our store. We reserve the right to reject return or exchange requests that do not meet the necessary conditions.
