Purchase Information

What are the available shipping methods and what is the charge for each one?

We have three available shipping methods. The first one is through Courier, with a charge of 4.92 euros for orders up to 2 kilograms or with dimensions of 30x20x20 cm. For each additional kilogram, the charge increases by 1.23 euros. There is also a cash-on-delivery surcharge of 2.46 euros. The second method is with a Transport Company, with a charge of 28.00 euros for packages weighing between 2 and 50 kilograms. Custom aquariums, on the other hand, are excluded, and the CUSTOMER will be informed about the shipping costs first. Once we know where the aquarium will be delivered, we will inform you of the shipping costs before proceeding with your order. Additionally, for custom-made aquariums, the customer is responsible for the packaging material cost, which is 35€, in order to ensure proper packaging and protect the glass from any potential damage due to impacts. The third method is with KTEL, with a charge of 10.00 euros per box.

What are the available payment methods for orders shipped by the transport company?

For orders shipped by the transport company, payment for the products must be made through a bank deposit or credit card transaction. Cash on delivery is not available.

How do you ensure the safety of the fish during transportation with KTEL and the reinforced thermal packaging?

In case you choose to transport the fish with KTEL and the reinforced thermal packaging, we ensure that your fish remains safe during the journey. The packaging protects the fish from cold and low temperatures. If you do not choose this shipping method and receive your fish dead, we bear no responsibility.

How can I make a bank deposit for payment of my order?

You can deposit the money for your orders into one of the accounts. Please contact us to confirm the exact amount with shipping costs and take advantage of the new Web Banking option. What is the time frame I have to exchange a product I bought from Amazonios?

You can return or exchange a product within 14 days from the original purchase date.

What is the way I can return a product that I don't like?

To return a product that you are not satisfied with, simply provide the purchase receipt or payment proof and return the product in perfect condition and with the original packaging within 30 days from the original purchase. You will receive a full refund of the product's value.

Can I exchange a product for a similar one instead of requesting a refund?

Certainly! If you prefer to exchange a product for another similar one, you can do so within 14 days from the original purchase. The exchange will be made for a product of equivalent value to the original product, or you can receive a credit for the original value for a future purchase.

What do I need to do if I want to exchange a product?

To exchange a product, please send the product you want to exchange along with the purchase receipt or proof of payment to our store within 14 days from the original purchase.

How long does it take to process a product return or exchange?

We will try to process the return or exchange of a product as soon as possible. The processing time depends on the specific case, but we will keep you informed of the progress until it is completed.
