Hygrophila corymbosa is a simple starter plant native to Asia. In the aquarium it will spread quickly and produce bright green, long and wide leaves.
It is a fast-growing plant that needs to be pruned frequently. New shoots will spread from the stem and make the plant look more vigorous. The cuttings can be replanted at the bottom of the tank where new roots will quickly form.
A bunch of stems or young plants were gathered into a root. Remove the root and divide it into separate plants. As for the stem plants, remove the leaves from the lowest 5 cm. Remove any damaged leaves. Plant the individual plants some distance apart in the lower substrate. Roots will soon develop and the plant will start to grow.
