A factor in maintaining stable calcium levels and pH regulation in reef aquariums.In saltwater, a stable calcium level is essential for proper coral growth.The recommended calcium level in aquariums is 380-460 mg/l (ppm).The product is also suitable for occasional use in order to increase the calcium level once. 10 g of calcium in 100 litres of water increases the calcium level by about 35 mg/l (ppm). It is not recommended to increase calcium levels by more than 20 ppm per day. In order to maintain ionic balance, KH Buffer and Reef Mineral Salt should also be used. Calcium and magnesium can be combined in one solution.
Dosage: 50g of calcium in 1000ml of water.
