It is a hardy plant with few light requirements. It grows readily on any surface making it ideal for decorating stones or wood. We tie it with fishing line until it grips the desired surface. If it has too much growth we can prune it with a pair of scissors. In aquariums where we do breeding it is ideal because of the hiding places it provides for young fish.
