It is one of the most beautiful plants of the Aponogeton family. Its thin leaves have a light green hue and transparent with a crinkled margin. A single root can produce over 40 leaves which means it is best planted alone in a large aquarium. It is relatively hardy and can live in both soft and hard water especially if CO2 is added.
