Hygrophila 'siamensis 53B' is a variety of Hygrophila corymbosa' siamensis
It consists of many lateral shoots and becomes bushy relatively quickly. The stems grow to 15-40 cm in height and 7-12 cm in width. It has very beautiful bright green leaves , is narrower than the normal 'siamensis' and its leaves can turn red-brown in good light conditions. It is a low-demanding, fast-growing plant that needs frequent pruning to maintain its bushy shape.
