It is a very cute bulbous plant with dark green very narrow leaves. It has the smallest bulb compared to other Crinum species and also requires more light. In the aquarium it forms small bulbs. It is not eaten by vegetarian fish. It can also be used in brackish aquariums with low salt concentrations.
