Anubias nana 'Large' potted

Anubias barteri var. large nana is a relatively small, attractive plant that thrives in all conditions. It comes from Cameroon and will grow to a height of 5-10 cm. The rhizome will be 10-15 cm or more. It grows slowly and the leaves survive for several years, giving the slow-growing algae a chance to become established.

The best result is achieved by planting on a stone or a piece of wood. If planted at the bottom, the rhizome should not be covered because it tends to rot. It often flowers under water.

Not eaten by herbivorous fish.
