PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The KLARPRESURE UV pressure filter is used for integrated water treatment in water tanks with a capacity of up to 8000 litres. The filter provides three-stage filtration. In addition to mechanical and biological filtration, it sterilizes the water using the 11W UVC lamp. The maximum flow rate is 4000 l/h.

Contents of the standard package
The standard packaging of the KLARPRESURE UV pressure filter includes 3 sponges, a cartridge for biological filtration and a UV-C 11W sterilizer, which prevents water bloom and fights algae and dangerous parasites.

FUNCTION
Once it enters the UV KLARPRESSURE filter, the water passes through 3 layers of sponge, which removes solid impurities. It is then subjected to biological filtration. On leaving the filter, the water is sterilized.

The innovative technological solutions used in the KLARPRESURE UV filter facilitate its maintenance and cleaning. The REVERSECLEAN functionality consists in the self-cleaning of the filter media. The filter cap contains an additional outlet port. To use the self-cleaning function, connect the outlet hose to this extra port and then place the button on the top of the filter in the CLEANING position. This will have the effect of reversing the flow of water through the filter media, flushing out all the impurities that accumulate in the filter.

The impurities are discharged with the water through the hose connected to the outlet. The discharged water can be used to water lawns or flower beds, as the natural organic dirt makes an excellent fertilizer.

The REVERSECLEAN automatic filter cleaning function will keep the filter clean throughout the season without having to open and clean the appliance in the usual way.

The BY-PASS function allows you to open the filter for maintenance (e.g. to change filter cartridges) without having to turn off the pump. Once the knob on the top of the filter is set to the "by-pass" position, the openings at the bottom of the lid will close and water will flow only through the lid, bypassing the inside of the filter. You can then unscrew the lid and easily replace the filter media.

FILTER INSIDE:
The KLARPRESURE UV pressure filter is supplied with a phenol-free sponge and polystyrene spheres.

The phenol-free sponge is used for mechanical filtration. In addition, it is a particularly favourable environment for the growth of bacterial cultures responsible for the removal of biological contaminants from the tank.

Polystyrene balls have special ribs and spouts. Their action is based on the modulation of aerobic conditions for biochemical processes. On the outer surface of the balls, the aerobic conditions are favourable for the oxidation of organic compounds.

The total capacity of the filter medium supplied with the UV KLARPRESSURE pressure filter is 20 litres.
