Ceratophyllum demersum "Foxtail" was found in a small tributary in Bolivia during an expedition to the Rio Guapore, a river border between Brazil and Bolivia.Ceratophyllum has no roots but can still be planted at the bottom of the tank and the stems can grow up to 80 cm tall and 5 cm wide. "Foxtail" differs because its leaves are shorter and it has lateral shoots, which give it an attractive, compact appearance.
Ideal if you have nitrates in your aquarium, it eliminates them!!
